We offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 150 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 150 countries around the world. However, there are certain locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Order Processing time

It takes us 2 -5 working days to verify the transaction, examine the products, packing the orders and handle them to our shipping courier to make sure everything our customers receive is in perfect condition.

About Preorder / Production Time

If a product is listed as Preorder or there is production time for the product, then it is a made-to-order/custom made item, which means it will take some time to produce the product. The production time will be listed on that product page. Please note that production time will not be included in the shipping time. So the time span for the customers to receive a Pre-order or handmade product is production time plus shipping time.

Please note that production time may be postponed due to the lock down and government restrictions caused by the pandemic. Please kindly take this into account before ordering if you are in a rush to receive your order.

How long does it take to ship?

***Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time, preorder/ production time of the product.

Standard shipping

  •  Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
  •  Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 5 - 12 days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 2 - 3  Weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 2 - 3 Weeks
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 1 - 3 Business Weeks

Express Shipping: 6-10 working days to most countries

Please note that there may be delay in shipping due to the pandemic.  Some remote cities or areas may also take longer times to ship.There is no guarantee for an accurate delivery date, but please feel free to get in touch with us if you want any update in shipping.


How much does shipping cost ?

We offer free standard international shipping to most countries for orders over USD$50

For orders under $50, the shipping cost (for standard shipping to most countries) is USD$9.9

The shipping cost for Express Shipping (5-10 days to most countries) is USD $23

 

 When will my orders be shipped?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 2-5 days for us to process your order. When we ship out your items, we'll send you the tracking number in email.

Remind: For some handmade / customized products, it will take extra days to produce and ship. (Please refer to the products' pages for information on production time.)

       

    Do you provide tracking information?

    Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

    My tracking says 'no information available at the moment'.

    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    Will my items be sent in one package?

    Yes in most cases your items that are placed in one order will be shipped within one package.

    What if I was not available at the time of delivery to my doorstep?

    Our first suggestion is that you provide your work address during checkout or an address that you feel someone will be available to receive during work hours or a PO Box number. If you are unavailable in the first delivery attempt, you will be contact by the courier company. If you unable to receive the delivery, your order will be on hold. Please get in touch with us via Email for a remedy in any such case.

    What if I provided wrong address information/phone number?

    Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to update your address information. If your items have been shipped, we can not update the address information and we'll suggest you to get in touch with local courier if you want to update your address information. If your package cannot be delivered due to the wrong address information, your package will be either sent back to our warehouse or abandoned/destroyed by the local courier. Please note that our company will not be responsible for any loss or extra cost (including package loss and resending cost ) caused by the wrong address information. So please make sure to provide us with correct address information.


    What happens if my orders get stuck or lost in the Mail?

    All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. In very rare case that an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in case like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, or offer you a full refund. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

    This dress was so amazing and I got so many compliments. It was comfortable and the shipping was very fast as well. 10 out of 10, you should definitely buy it.

    Much better than I expected!

    I’m so happy with my dress! I’m a Gunne Sax size 11 and ordered the size L dress. It could be a bit roomier in the bust but I’m still really happy with how it came out. The print is impeccably reproduced, the fabric is so light and airy, and the construction is superb! I’m looking forward to purchasing another Retro Fairy reproduction soon, they take a long time to arrive, but they are well worth it! Thank you so much!

    cute and came promptly!

    I have this daisy themed outfit I'm planning, and this was the perfect corset to give the puffy dress I plan to wear some shape! I wanted to send these picture with a similar loose fabric and yeah, this corset is snug and fitting! The mesh and boning is of great quality and I couldn't be happier!

    Warning though!!! Nothing on the product itself, but I'd recommend getting the size you typically order in stores maybe a size up to be safe. Honestly nothing on the sizing chart but it put me at about a large with it's measurements but I think that would've been a bit, well, large on me! I typically buy small shirts for a snug fit, but I assumed sizing up would be in my best interest, and I was certainly correct! This is just my own recommendation of course but I think this sizing makes for a better fit as I cant imagine a large or extra large would hug me as well as what I received!
