Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 150 countries around the world from our warehouse in China or North America (depending on where the inventory is held). However, there are certain locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Order Processing time
It takes us 3-5 days to verify the transaction, examine the products, packing the orders and handle them to our shipping courier to make sure everything our customers receive is in perfect condition.

Sometimes there may be some delay in shipping due to the pandemic, customs process, weather and other factors that we cannot control. Some remote cities or areas may also take longer times to ship.There is no guarantee for an accurate delivery date, but please feel free to get in touch with us if you want any update in shipping.
How much does shipping cost ?
We offer free standard international shipping to most countries for orders over USD$50
For orders under $50, the shipping cost (for standard shipping to most countries) is USD$9.9
The shipping cost for Express Shipping （DHL）starts from USD$23.
When will my orders be shipped?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 2-5 days for us to process your order. When we ship out your items, we'll send you the tracking number in email.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says 'no information available at the moment'.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Yes your items that are placed in one order will be shipped within one package
What if I was not available at the time of delivery to my doorstep?
Our first suggestion is that you provide your work address during checkout or an address that you feel someone will be available to receive during work hours or a PO Box number. If you are unavailable in the first delivery attempt, you will be contact by the courier company. If you unable to receive the delivery, your order will be on hold. Please get in touch with us via Email for a remedy in any such case.
What if I provided wrong address information?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to update your address information. If your items have been shipped, we can not update the address information and we'll suggest you to get in touch with local courier if you want to update your address information. If your package cannot be delivered due to the wrong address information, your package will be either sent back to our warehouse or abandoned/destroyed by the local courier. Please note that our company will not be responsible for any loss or extra cost (including package loss and resending cost ) caused by the wrong address information. So please make sure to provide us with correct address information.
What happens if my orders get stuck or lost in the Mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. In very rare case that an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in case like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, or offer you a full refund. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
