Return & Exchange Policy

We have strict quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new, unworn and unused item(s). We suggest you to inspect your package upon arrival. In very rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in package, please contact us immediately

Order Cancellation  

We no longer accept order cancellation as all our orders will be processed immediately, but we may be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch with our customer service if you would like to change your order information.


Items can be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:

    • Products arrived damaged (photos required). In this case you are qualified for a full refund
    •  Wrong products , eg. products with wrong sizes, wrong colors, (photos required). In this case you are qualified for a  full refund. 
    • If an item is deemed faulty (eg. stains, unfinished stitches, missing accessories) , we will offer to repair, replace or provide partial refund as a compensation.
    • If the size of the product(s) doesn't fit, customers can return or exchange the items. However, we do not offer free returns and exchange if sizes don't fit and customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping cost. We kindly suggest our customers to take a look at the size chart or get in touch with us before purchasing.
      • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused and has not been altered, dry cleaned or damaged. It must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag on.

       

      Under what condition can items NOT be returned? 

      • Items can Not be returned in the process of shipping.Once you receive your items and are not satisfied with it, we are happy to offer a return/exchange on its original conditions.
      • Customized / personalized items can NOT be refunded or exchanged as they are not possible for second sale. Plus size items (Size 2XL and above) can NOT be refunded or exchanged as they are all produced on demand.
      • Lingeries and underwears can NOT be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
      • Gift Cards cannot be refunded
      • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Products marked as Final Sale and in reduced prices are all on final sale.
      • After 7 days upon receipt, returns and exchanges wont's be accepted.
      • Items returned with obvious use, washed, worn or similar product stains will be subject to refusal. Items without original packaging and tags will also be subject to refusal.

       

      Do you offer free returns?

      In very rare case that your items arrived damaged/defective or you have received the wrong/missing products, your orders will be eligible for a full refund including the original shipping fees.

      Otherwise,  customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Items can be returned through any courier of customer's choice.Please note that  Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


      Return / Exchange Guidelines:

      To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below:

      1. Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 7 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service.
      2. Please do not send the items back to the address on the package. Please Email us to get return shipping address
      3. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Items returned with obvious use, washed, worn or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
      4. Items can be returned through any courier of customer's choice. Please note that any loss or damages in transit of return are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of tracking number as a reference.
      5. Once we have received the returned package, we will send email notification and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 business days.


      What if there is Late or Missing refunds?
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

      I bought mine in a size M, I have scoliosis and wear a corrective brace all day so I have no idea if this is too tight for people my size and I'm just used to it or what, but it fits me very well. It comes with a second white ribbon so you can switch them out.
