About Pre-order

If a product is listed as Pre-order or there is production time for the product, then it is a made-to-order/custom made item, which means it will take some time to produce the product. The production time will be listed on that product page. Please note that production time will not be included in the shipping time. So the time span for the customers to receive a Pre-order product is production time plus shipping time.

About Customized and Handmade Products

For some handmade / customized products, it will take extra days to produce and ship. (Please refer to specific products' pages for information on production time.)

Please note that it may take even longer for us to produce the custom made plus size products (bust larger than 38 inches/ 98 cm). The shape of the customized plus size garments may change which might not look identical from the original items.


About Color difference:

Our product pictures strive to showcase the true color of the product, but due to the different imaging materials of your device and the problem of light intensity during indoor and outdoor shooting, slight color difference is sometimes inevitable. The actual color of products is subject to the actual product. This is sometimes unavoidable in online shopping, but it cannot be regarded as a product quality problem.


About sizing

All the sizes are measured manually, so there might be a small degree of human error ( 1 inch/ 2-3cm). If you are not sure about your size, we recommend you to make a measurement before making any purchase. Please note that our sizes are measured manually, so it can be normal that there is one to two inches of error. If your size is in between two sizes, for example, between S and M, we recommend you to choose a size up. About stuck zipper

Reach for a bar of soap. Rub the stuff over the teeth of the zipper, and gently tug to make it give way. If that doesn't work, move onto other types of lubricant, like pencil lead, glass cleaner, or petroleum jelly.

 

About return and exchange:

If you would like to return or exchange products because the dresses do not fit, the shipping cost for sending back the products is at customer's expense. Therefore it is important to obtain the correct measurements before placing an order. Please see full Return and Exchange policy here

About Handmade Traces on our products

Some of our products, especially the handmade items, may have some unnoticeable marks of clothes marker chalk.Most of them can be washed and are almost unnoticeable. Please take it into account before your purchase.

 About Remake products and upcycled fabric

The products that are made of vintage fabric may have some small flaws, such as  little macula and broken lines. Please make sure you can accept it before ordering

As for our vintage remake/ reproduction dresses, the location of the prints may be different on each dress. As the fabric is custom made and is sometimes very expensive to make, we will do their best to make it close to the original dress, but it may not be exactly the same as the original one.

 

 About Slight Decoloration

Our products are dyed with environmentally friendly material, so there might be slight decoloration in the first wash. 

 

About wash and care

 We would recommend hand wash and air dry for most of our products especially the ones with special craftsmanship (eg. embroidery, studded, etc.).
