Pleasantly Surprised

I took a big chance with Retro Fairy seeing as how there aren't that many testimonies out there from other sources than the website. I checked YouTube, Reddit, and Google searches to see if a "real" person could tell me their experience. I didn't find any, but I had been eyeing dresses on this website many times so I took the leap of faith.

Oh my goodness, yall. I got my dress today and I am in love. I ordered the dress on 1/19/2023 and received it today 2/09/2023. The price is worth the quality. It's not some cheaply sewed, cheap material dress. It's exactly like the pictures. Now there are some strings here and there that I can easily cut however. They also gave me this cute yellow scrunchie and handkerchief (?) made out of my dress material. I ordered a small. I'm 4"11, about 100 lbs., petite. It fits me perfectly! I'm going to wear this dress daily.

I am so happy and ecstatic about my order from this website and will order more in the future (when I have more funds.) Video attached. I'm wondering if I should make a Youtube video about my experience? Hope this review helps other vintage lovers :)

This is my fifth Retro Fairy Gunne Sax Reproduction.
I am 32 bust/28 empire waist (26" natural waist) and 5"7.
I ordered the medium, which was slightly big in the bust, but I feel like it still looks fine.
I think the dress is very well made, and is beautiful. 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Prom dress!!

Wow!! beautiful dress for a very good price! True to size (according to the size chart!). I usually wear a small but when I measured myself and used the size chart I’m an XL. Very flowy! I personally didn’t like the see-through middle so I added a pink tank top underneath to hide it. Everyone said I looked like a princess :)

Ordered the custom size on March 22 - Shipped on March 28 - Arrived in Toronto Canada on April 5th. Really beautiful in person, was worried a little but the quality was amazing. I had to remove the bra cups, they were too big for me personally, too much padding, but it was easy to do. Really beautiful and special.
