We provide shipping to over 150 countries around the world. It takes us 2-5 days to process an order. Shipping time varies for different countries/regions. See Here for Shipping time to your country/region.

If a product is listed as Preorder or there is production time for the product, then it will take some time to produce the product and the time span for the customers to receive a Pre-order product is production time plus shipping time.

For now, customs fees to these countries are paid by us:  Canada,  New Zealand, Israel. For Customers from the European Union and the United Kingdom,  The Customs charges (VAT) must be paid by the customers when the order arrives in the destination countries.

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return or exchange your new, unworn and unused item(s). If there are wrong, missing or defective items, the return shipping costs will be covered by our company.
